After more than 20 years in the corporate world and working with over 150 organizations, I realized something critical: I was burnt out. The rigid systems, the hourly billing models, the constant pressure to produce without connection — it all started to feel empty. I was working in environments that stifled creativity, ignored the human side of business, and left little room for innovation or authentic relationships.

As a female executive in male-dominated industries like tech and marketing, I learned early on that I had to fight for a seat at the table. That experience shaped me—my leadership, my voice, and my deep belief in doing business differently. I didn’t want to keep playing by outdated rules, so I decided to build something better.

That’s why I founded Black Arrow, a woman-owned agency focused on strategic growth, meaningful client partnerships, and the freedom to create without constraint. Here, we don’t churn out cookie-cutter solutions. We collaborate. We listen. We innovate with purpose.

My background spans development, graphic design, marketing, operations, and executive strategy, with degrees in both Information Technology and Marketing. That blend of technical know-how and creative strategy allows me to see the big picture and the small details—and guide clients with clarity and confidence through transformation and growth.

Outside of work, I’m a firm believer in collecting experiences over things. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I’m endlessly curious about the people, places, and stories that shape us. I love diving into different cultures, exploring local foods, wandering through historic cities, and getting lost in the music of a great concert. These experiences ground me and inspire the way I approach life and business—with openness, curiosity, and a deep respect for what makes us all unique.
